This policy explains how Zero Core Studio LLC handles personal information on this website and how to contact us about it. Each of our products publishes its own privacy policy covering the data it processes; those are linked in section 2.

1.Who is responsible

Within our products we act in two roles. We are the controller of our customers’ account and billing information. We are a processor of the information our customers hold about their own customers, which we handle on their instructions. If you dealt with a business that uses our software and want to exercise a right over your data, contact that business; if you contact us, we will pass the request on.

2.Product policies

Those policies cover what each product collects, its sub-processors, international transfers, retention and security. Where a product’s policy addresses a subject, it is the one that applies.

3.This website

This site has no accounts and no forms. If you write to us, we keep that correspondence for as long as we need it to handle the matter and to keep a record of it.

Analytics are loaded only with your consent.

  • If you accept, we load Google Analytics, which sets cookies and processes your IP address and device information so we can count visits and see which pages are read. We use it for aggregate statistics. Google’s advertising and audience-sharing signals are disabled in our configuration, so it cannot be used to build an advertising profile of you.
  • If you decline, or have not answered, the analytics script is not loaded and no analytics cookie is set.

This site carries no advertising cookies and no embedded social-media trackers.

4.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to a particular use, provide it in a portable format, or withdraw consent you have given. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

Write to [email protected]. We respond within one month and will tell you if a complex request needs longer. We may need to verify your identity first. Exercising a right is free and does not affect the service you receive.

If your request concerns data held inside a product, that product’s policy names the tools and the contact address for it. You may also complain to the data protection authority for your country, though we would like the opportunity to resolve the matter first.

5.Changes and contact

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. For changes that materially affect how we use your information, we give notice before they take effect.
